I think it's alright with all slayer block slots unlocked, i got elite lumby done and all quests done. I've only done Konar since she was released and before that I only did Duradel. Just gotta block the really annoying 10 weight tasks like Wyrm and Drake then the 9s or 8s like Kraken(After I got pet and all drops). I've blocked shitty tasks.

It really depends on what tasks your stats make the most difficult, personal preference, and slayer master used. If you hate Metal dragons/have low mage and range, you can ban those from Duradel. A lot of people ban Black demons if they don't have a cannon because they either waste prayer potions or force you to prayer flick for few drops.

Just got the upgraded trident last week. If youre turael skipping, Konar will get you a task faster. If youre doing all your tasks, go with duradel because, konars other tasks are aids. Block wyrms and drakes for sure, if skipping also block kalphites because turael won't let you skip those.
